We the undersigned note that the Government's funding formula shows that
Cornwall needs £17m extra this year to fund vital services; further note that
this amounts to nearly £70 for every Cornish household; condemns the transfer
of these funds to wealthier areas of the country; and demands that Ministers
return this money to Cornwall immediately.
